Services:  We come to your cottage and exchange your towels daily. A change of bed linens and cleaning are given on stays of more than 3 nights.

Reservations and Cancellations

A deposit of one night is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. A $25.00 handling fee will be assessed for cancellations or reservation changes.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of advance notice.

Deposits are non-refundable within 2 weeks of arrival, however, we can transfer your deposit to a different set of dates if you need to cancel with short notice.

WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO COOPERATE WITH THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

• No smoking is permitted in The Little Rock House or on the premises.
• Our cottage is not suitable for young children. Children under 12 not recommended.
• All property damage will be charged back at actual repair/replacement cost.
• No pets, please.
• Check-in at 2:00 p.m.

Special arrangements can be made in advance for those arriving later than 7:00 p.m.

• Checkout at 11:00 a.m.
